Shipping policy

MTBAirGrips has a 1-5 business day (M-F 8-5pm EST) processing time for orders placed on weekdays before Friday 5pm ET.  This may vary, and processing times may be longer due to item stock or availability.

Note, MTBAirGrips is a small business and may be away from our manufacturing floor, in that case we will ship your item as soon as possible upon our return no longer than 5 business days after your order is placed.

Example: Order placed Wednesday at 3PM, order will be processed and shipped by the following Wednesday or earlier. 

Example: Order placed Friday 9PM, order will be shipped no later than the second Monday.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, and carrier handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
